Michelle is ZAP’s In-House Media Buyer with 20+ years of experience in Out of Home (OOH) media buying, production, & management. She's responsible for identifying advertising opportunities such as billboards, scoreboard signage at local arenas, transit advertising, bus shelters, airport advertising, mall dioramas, cinema, supermarket, and place-based media including gyms, bars, and restaurants — for both big and small budgets.

After working for 12 years as a fashion designer, she went on to receive a graduate certificate in Graphic & Digital Design from Parsons in NYC. She's been a lover of design & art her whole life, and now she gets to share that passion for the sake of our ZAP clients.

Alex is a Moravian University and Lindenwood University graduate with a BA in English and an MFA in writing, and after six years in education and freelance work, she is making the career change to put writing at the forefront. She is also a novelist (she had her first novel, Weekends with You, published this year with HarperCollins!), so her writing skills span from short-form copy to social media content to blog posts to travel articles to long-form fiction and everything in between.
